Welcome to Equitrader Tournaments. A tournament at Equitrader is comprised of one or more Equitrader competitions. Unlike the competitions, a tournament keeps statistics across multiple participants for a given school or group that is competing in the competitions of the tournament. The tournaments use a rotisserie style ranking mechanism to rank the schools or groups. Just like your favorite baseball or football player, the performance of participants in the tournament's competitions will be tracked across four statistical categories. At the end of each day Equitrader will rank all participants in each category. Points will be awarded to the leaders in each category. The points will be summarized by school/group to determine the tournament standings.

So, on any given day, you or your school may be in first place but will you be there on the last day to claim the prize?

Participation

Members do not register for the Competition separately from the Tournament. The Competition is a contest among the competitor's schools to determine which school has the best Equitrader competitors. Therefore, in order for competitors to represent their school/group, it is important that they accurately identify their school/group during registration for the Tournament. No adjustments will be made for competitors who do not state or accurately reflect their school/group upon registration.
